Mark Series Chemical Etching Machines
Electro Chemical marking or Electro marking is recognised as one of the best methods of marking metal permanently without distortion. Electro-marking is permanent because it is created by etching out metal and then plating on the etched surface a stable compound of the base metal.
Different models available to suit different applications:
MARK 6: A very economical model made for those who don’t value quality of product. Not an export grade product but still guaranteed to give far better results than the cheap etching machines that you get on road. Fixed quality of etching with single voltage system.
MARK 1: Best economical etching machine, export grade with over 300 units sold in India and abroad. Designed to give best performance in low volume, small batches applications. The etching process is limited to Black on White application and machine is excellent for manual use. Voltage can be varied to give different effects on different materials and sizes of etching matter.
MARK 2: Best machine for a versatile etching experience. Suitable for Black on White as well as White on Black marking plus deep marking on any metals. The Machine is ideal for varied etching applications. Has basic controls with Start Switch and timer based controls.
MARK 3: Ideal machine for semi-automatic or automatic etching applications. Machine comes equipped with memory count for batch count, timer for controlling the cycle time, Dose pump controls for getting a good stencil life, Up and Down automation controls and Attachment for foot pedal. This machine is used on automatic etching machines.
Standard Package always consist of a certain quantities of stencils, electrolyte solutions, felt etc.
